Where do you ship from/to?

All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. We currently offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand, and free local pick-up in Epsom, Auckland (details will be sent once your order is ready).

International shipping is not available at this time due to high courier costs. We hope to offer more affordable options in the future, but currently, we are unable to provide untracked or lower-cost international shipping.



How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar.

Estimated delivery times via NZPost (from date of shipment):

  • Auckland: 2–3 business days

  • North Island: 2–4 business days

  • South Island: 2–5 business days

  • Rural areas: 3–7 business days

All orders include free tracking.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee exact arrival dates at this time.



Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are handmade with love and great care, each taking time and attention to detail. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us with your Order Number and a clear description of the problem. We will review each case individually and do our best to help.

Order Issues

We understand how stressful shipping issues can be and will do our best to help track down delayed or missing orders. However, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our control, and we cannot take responsibility for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit.

If your order is delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We’ll do our best to assist by contacting the courier. However, please note that address changes may not be possible once the parcel has been sent.
